The "Blackheart Man" version has overdubs added in 1975. At that time,
Robbie Shakespeare's bass part was removed and replaced with a bass part
played by Karl Pitterson (Pitterson was primarily known as an engineer).
The bass in the original recording is slightly overmodulated (distorted),
so Shakespeare's part may have been replaced for technical rather than
musical reasons.
